How can I become a UGC creator for TERRLU?

If you make content (even casually) and you actually sleep on your side, we want to hear from you. No follower minimum. Just real people showing how TERRLU fits into their night.

Email support@terrlu.com with "UGC" in the subject line and a link to your socials, and a portfolio, if you have one.

If it's a fit, we'll send the details!

Where's my order?

The second your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Check your inbox (and your spam folder).

Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–8 business days from there.

Still nothing after that window? Email us as soon as possible at support@terrlu.com with your order number.

Can I change my address or cancel my order?

If it hasn't shipped yet. YES.

Email us at support@terrlu.com as fast as you can with your order number and the change.

Once it's left the warehouse we can't touch it.

What's your return policy?

You've got 30 days from the day it arrives. Not right for you? Email us at support@terrlu.com before sending anything back and we'll sort out a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

We do. If you run a shop, clinic, or studio and want to stock TERRLU, email us at support@terrlu.com with "Wholesale" in the subject line and roughly how many units you're thinking. We'll take it from there.
